Expedited AIR 19.95 Please allow three business days not including the day you placed the order.
EXPRESS 39.95 Please allow two business day for actual delivery not including the day you place the order.
Orders received before 11 AM CST will be shipped the same day if it is a business day. Orders received after 11 AM CST will ship the following business day. We ship to all P.O. Box addresses, APO, FPO addresses. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address to avoid carrier from not leaving a package if it is likely no one will be at home to accept devlivery.

Call us first regarding items you wish to return, sometimes we can resolve your issue over the phone. We will refund the cost of your item minus shipping costs as long as the merchandise is returned within 30 days and is in the same condition as when it was shipped.
We carefully inspect all merchandise before it leaves the warehouse. If you receive the item damaged you must CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE at 800-299-4242 within 48 hours of receipt for instructions on obtaining a full return credit. This is very important because some damaged merchandise is damaged in route and is the responsibility of the carrier/ other situations are the fault of manufacturer etc. We will resolve those issues quickly with the least amount of inconvenience to you.

We ship US Postal only for flat fees rangine from 49.95-229.95 and assume responsibility for delivery up to the point of departure from the USA. (When we no longer have a tracking number) Customer will be responsible for all duties imposed by its own country. Refused orders that are returned in sellable condition to QuincyShop will be charged all shipping costs plus a 20% processing fee. Some items may not qualify for international shipping because they are drop shipped or too heavy and customer will be notified asap. There is rarely a problem.
